LingVata is operated by M & J Tech Suits LLC, 4938 S 24th St., Omaha, Nebraska 68107, United States. Because our users are international and work with documents and live speech, accessibility is part of the service, not an afterthought.
Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA across the public site, the dashboards and the booking and checkout flows, and to align with the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the European Accessibility Act where they apply to us.
What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and page titles on every page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs and menus.
- Visible focus states and sufficient colour contrast in light and dark themes.
- Form fields with associated labels, clear inline error messages, and errors that do not rely on colour alone.
- Touch targets of at least 44 pixels and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling.
- Text that remains readable when zoomed to 200%.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and captions where media carries meaning.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
- Payment provider checkout pages and third-party embedded components are outside our direct control. We choose providers that publish an accessibility conformance report where possible.
- Documents uploaded by customers and professionals may not be accessible. If you need an alternative format, ask the other party or contact us and we will try to help.
- Live interpretation depends on the participants' own equipment and settings.
Feedback and enforcement
If you meet a barrier, email privacy@lingvata.com with the page, the action you were trying to take, and the difficulty. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to respond substantively within 5 business days, and to fix confirmed issues in the next release. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask for the matter to be escalated to a manager, and you keep any right you have to complain to a supervisory or enforcement authority.
